  1. We love our pets, but unfortunately, they must remain at home
  2. Smoking is bad, please keep it off the bus
  3. Enjoy a few drinks on the island for us, but we cannot have open containers on the coach you party animals
  4. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Child fares are for children between the ages 0 to 12. MA laws require that infants and children must ride in a child passenger restraint until they are at least 5 years old and weigh more than 40 lbs. Children older than 5 and more than 40 lbs must be secured in a booster seat until the child is 8 years old and more than 49 lbs. Any child over 8 must be protected by a seat belt.
  5. We try to be as flexible as possible, but we cannot issue full refunds, accept cancellations or exchange dates within 24 hours of your trip date. Cancellations within 24 hours are only issued a 50% refund. Outside of 24 hours a full refund is authorized.

  8. New England Excursions assumes no responsibility for any trip cancellations or delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic delays or other. Refunds will not be given for any trip cancellations due to special circumstances like delays. If the ships to the island are running, so are we. New England Excursions reserves the right to slightly alter any trip due to adverse weather conditions or traffic delays.
  9. New England Excursions assumes no responsibility for any customer that does not take the assigned Island Queen or SSA ferry back to Woods Hole at the designated time. Additional charges may develop if time is extended past original pickup time, or guest will be required to find alternative transportation back to Boston.
  10. Hotel pickups are strategically coordinated. We cannot wait for you if you are not in your designated pickup location at the assigned time. We understand it is early, however other guest are relying on you for timely service. We cannot issue refunds for no show customers.
