- We have a strict 5 minute wait policy. If you miss your assigned pickup time, no refunds will be issued
- Reschedules are based on availability

- Canceled tours by provider will be 100% refunded or offered a different date/excursion

- Cancellation policy is 24 hours from 6:30am of excursion date. A full refund or exchanged date is permitted outside this time. No refunds or rescheduling inside 24 hours
